Business is booming...

Business is booming! We are booked solid a week in advance and word of our awesome online booking service is spreading like wildfire. I am definitely glad we decided to go with the salon software that we did because it has made this online stuff so user friendly.

With business so good, answering the phone to book appointments is challenging. With the online booking that our salon software supports, the phone is not ringing off the hook. We can book online, make changes to appointments via email and the staff can even check their appointments, without having to pick up the phone.

I know that face-to-face contact is the ultimate, but let's face it. We are all living unbelievably busy lives. Sometimes be able to book appointments and ask questions without having to talk to someone is the best and easiest way.

The salon software we chose compliments our website and our business so well.
