Better late than never

Clearly business has been well because I have not had the time to write another post until now! Thank goodness for holidays!! Opening day was unbelievable and the salon software we chose was exactly what we needed to get the job done.

The training was a cinch. A representative from the salon software company came to our shop and showed all of us how to use the program to our benefit. It was very easy, and straight forward. A complicated salon software would only frustrate all of us, so I'm very happy with the choice I made.

The best part is the online booking capabilities. Our customers are so excited that they can book appointments with specific stylists, online, 24 hours a day. Not everyone works on a 9-5 schedule so it's great to be able to accommodate all of our clients, all the time.

The other great part is that my staff can check their appointments online too! This allows me to have more time in my day to spend with clients, rather than checking schedules and calling staff. Our salon software allows everyone to be independent and responsible. I'll never have to hear the excuse "I didn't know I had a client" ever again. All it takes is an internet connection, and we're all on the same page.

I never knew just how important it would be to choose the right salon software, but our first month open and we haven't had any issues with the one we chose.

Business is booming and our clients are happy. What more could we ask for!
